We went to this office to get an college immunization form filled out. We previously paid the doctor to to fill out and complete for my wife’s USCIS Immunization records, so the office has records of the vaccines needed for the school immunization form. All the was required was for the doctor to fill out and sign the form. They completely refused service and constantly insisted this had to be done with a primary doctor. Dr. Syed has such wonderful reviews and I was really looking forward to our appointment that I waited months for. Unfortunately, when I went to that appointment, I was told by the front desk staff that they were not sure if they take my insurance. I was denied my appointment and told that the “office manager” would look into it and call me. I followed up many times over the next week, and just kept getting told that the “office manager” would reach out to me. I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Syed as my primary. She is kind, caring, attentive and very in-tune with woman's health. She is a gem in the Jersey City area - to the point that I have friends willing to drive in from 2 hours away to start booking with her in NJ.
