I got here at 1130 am was told they didn't have a door to go around back when they got a door they woul call its 330 pm.still no call I called they said they didn't know why or when the load would be ready in won't be back to load here again im giving them till 5 pm then I'm out here its bad when a shipper can't tell u what's the hold up is or how long it will be u park in back which is dusty as he'll I'm an owner operator it cost me money to sit here while my truck and refer is running

Pre cool to 34 degrees before arriving. They did not have a door for me at my appointment time and it took several hours for me to get a door. They also kept two of my load bars and then claimed they didn’t. Manager was nice and attentive over the situation but ultimately I had to drop $100 for two new load bars.

Rude ladies. I provided a 3050007 PO number for my pick up. She said it's not working is a 302....after 2.5 hrs the number was 3020007. Once dispatch confirmed, I called the office and they will pick it up and hang up on me and when walking in the office they were laughing, like if it's a joke be so unprofessional. Their attitude is as pleasant as the smell on the premises. 5 hrs after am at a door. Sa Puto is in your name....the same you all behave.

8/113/25 need a pre-cooled clean empty trailer. When you pull into the place pull as close as you can to the guardrail and wait until you get to the stop sign before you get out and check in with shipping. Trailer needs to be pretty cooled to 34 degrees & continuous. After you're done getting loaded, they have you pull forward close the back trailer doors and pull off to the side until your reefer is below 40° before you can come in and get your bills. They do have a back gravel parking lot for overnight parking.

Really good milk. I find it in plastic bottles at the hotel breakfast bar. They last for months! Shame all milk can’t do this. I was told this might be a Canadian company so fingers crossed tariffs don’t do anything but this stuff is way better than the milk in cardboard containers.
