Pretty easy place to get to. They offer overnight parking wayyyy back in the last drop lot. Gets very dark back there at night. No light poles in the back lot. If you are a live unload please precool your reefer to 34 degrees continuous. They will not load you till your reefer is at that temp. Restrooms are right next to the check in office. Hirschbach is drop/hook Trailer has to be clean and full of fuel.
I have been to this place almost 6 times. On 9/12/2025 in morning, there was old lady on the check-in. She is full of hatred and racism during check-in. During checkout she snatched papers from me after signing and grumpy during sealing the trailer. I have never experienced this before on this place. The company needs keep away racist staff from at least from check in window.
Excelente atención ( gracias Felicia). Cita para las 4pm y llegue a las 10 am y me cargaron. Recomiendo que llames antes para confirmar si te recibirán. Gracias a Dios aquí si atienden el teléfono para confirmar la carga. Sigue el sing porque si sigues el GPS entrarás por el lugar errado.
I got here at 1130 am was told they didn't have a door to go around back when they got a door they woul call its 330 pm.still no call I called they said they didn't know why or when the load would be ready in won't be back to load here again im giving them till 5 pm then I'm out here its bad when a shipper can't tell u what's the hold up is or how long it will be u park in back which is dusty as he'll I'm an owner operator it cost me money to sit here while my truck and refer is running
