When I arrived for my appointment only 1 truck and me were here he got loaded and left almost 1.5 hrs ago I've currently been on a door with my refer running and doors open for 3hrs and now there's many trucks here this location doesn't care about your appointment or the fact that we have a running clock..avoid if you can ..I just walked over to the shipping office and asked what was going on the very rude lady said she has no idea and doesn't care about appointment and I could get detention maybe but refused to give me any ... read more

Worst place ever . Appointment was 4 pm and they said product is not ready . Go to gas station. Next day received a call about 9 am and I wait about 6 hour on the door . Not recommended worst and worst
Came here 4 hours ago and still waiting to get loaded
Well we got here at 930 for an 11 pm load. Not ready. Np we r early. Go and park. Calls us at 11 on the dot go to door 3. Been sitting here 2 hours already and havent even acted like we r here. Haven't started anything. Its ridiculous how much time they make drivers wait and waste time while they sit around and do nothing but talk to each other.
