Was really sad about this place. It had so many great reviews by so many people. I am from out of town and California being so close to the water, I expected more as well as I have had better sushi in desert states. Good costumer service... but the food lacked flavor. the sashimi & rolls were tasty. sashimi was extra tender, thick chunks that melted like butter. chicken karage was marketed as sesame chicken but not really the same. good, not great. love shishito peppers but cautionary word, the batch we got were super spicy. muy caliente!

My husband moved here in April and a friend recommended this Sapporo for sushi. It is absolutely amazing. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the presentation is always beautiful. They also have awesome happy hour specials! I come here (usually more than once) every time I visit, and will definitely be a regular once permanently moved.
I love the ex-girlfriend rolls. Can’t wait to come back and have it again.
One of the best places I’ve gone to. The takoyaki is wonderful and always hot, the octopus inside is never rubbery. Definitely try the sushi, don’t be intimidated by anything on the menu. It’s all very good.
The poor & super slow service. I’ve been giving chances in going back to this place many times. The waiter & waitress doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. It seems they are very unorganized. I won’t be going back ever again. With the waiting and all, I lost appetite. The food is ok.
