Today was my first float session and it was AMAZING. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect so I was a bit nervous and my mind was racing, but after floating for 60 minutes I left feeling very relaxed and tranquil. I will most certainly be adding this to my wellness routine. Very clean facility and the owner did a fantastic job explaining how things work and putting me at ease.
