RecommendedThis was my first time doing float therapy! I enjoyed it a lot. The staff was pleasant, and made me feel comfortable! I would recommend it to everyone! I will be doing a float session again!

I went into my float session open minded. My body was aching my mind has been filled with thoughts pressure and anxiety. My session was better than talk therapy in my own personal opinion. My session was calming up lifting and made my body and mind feel extremely happy all around. Half way though I felt like I was in some kind of happy endorphin trance. My whole experience at Sapphire Springs was phenomenal! From the moment I walked in I was impressed with this establishment. I was greeted by Riley (who was just simply a joy to converse with) and walked through everything I needed to know as a first time floater. I had a great experience with the float tanks. It’s rare that I take an hour and get out of my body and explore my mind a little. I did the float tank with no lights or music, but my GF had some music going to have something to focus on. I will be back.
