I had an appointment scheduled with Brian for Thursday Aug.11 at 4 and it was a no show, without any communication. I followed up with the office, they had Brian contact me directly. Spoke with Brian Friday Aug.12 and we rescheduled the appointment for Sat. Aug. 13 @ 12:00, once again, a no show and no communication. It's unfortunate I have to chase a company to give them business, I will not be using them since this is an indication of how business will be conducted.
Great service, great product and great price! I've used Sapphire Roofing twice now on two of my properties t. This time around they did the roof downspout, soffits and eavestroughs and I couldn't be happier with the final result! Highly recommend!!
