Poor Communication. Didn't honor warranty.
If I could do zero I would, quality was decent. But customer service and scheduling worst I've ever experienced.
Worked with Bill and the team to get a Standing Seam Metal Roof installed + some additional polymer shingle installation in gables and dormers and skylight replacement. The installers were meticulous, and truly artists in their craft. Really pleased with their attention to detail and the outcome. Bill was great, and ensured the process was smooth and also made sure if I had any issues, he made sure to take care of it quickly.
