Chandra Ware is the worst person to ever rent from. Those people lying!! I moved from Florida under the impression I’m getting the best location and the best condo. I’m in Oakwood Gardens!!!! The worst place! She changed my lease electronically, never went through the lease, barely responds to anything. My lease is up and im applying to other places, one place only hold applications for 24 hours and she told me that “she don’t work for them”? If I could give a half star I would. The daughter of the company's owner is D'Adrea Sweatt, she was my realtor. When I tell you she absolutely did nothing. I closed on my house with the loan officer present not the realtor. She did not even find the house I wanted, I asked her to meet me at the community/builder, she signed in as my realtor so therefore she got paid to do nothing.
