Beautiful homes... Great staff...Outstanding Quality and Customer Service
Nice looking houses, poor colors though, couldn't be less impressive if they were painted solid Prizon gray. With a splash of wood here and there. The landscaping will be a blanket over a bunch of roots and limbs left from clearing the land. Nightmare to actually work in your yard later on The driveways aren't concrete but blacktop, and just enough to cover the width of the garages. And for homes in the 800's range ish. These homes are beautiful in design. We fell in love with the one we bought. We have since had a few issues, (nothing major), and Angela is super quick to respond when you reach out to her. While Jeremy will always show up to fix it. The fact is, the location is great given its close proximity to downtown Seattle and where the neighborhood actually sits is absolutely lovely! With this home, we found our"sweet spot." It is wonderful going back there after a busy day at work. The tranquility and peace is perfect!
