If you live within driving distance, this is the dentist office and service for you. Whatever you are in need of for dental care and services, the staff is great to work with. I will continue to recommend Dr. Sapp and his staff to my family and friends. Very easy to work with!
AWESOME!! Not another office around like it. Dr.Macon always takes care of me and my brother and sister. The staff rocks! Its a happy environment and fun there.. Not your average dental office. Try it out , you will never find an office out there that can touch it! The care is exceptional

Best dentist in Durham. I recently moved to Charlotte and my son and I still drive to Durham to go to Dr Sapp. He and his staff are always on top of the latest dental treatments and technology.
As a new patient to the office, I was not happy with the one hour wait when I arrived. Especially since there were no other patients in any of the rooms. It was like the entire office went to lunch and didn't let the two patients waiting know (me being one of the patients) Additionally, the way they clean teeth by sandblasting with salt water was disgusting. My face ended up covered with dried salt water and no towel was offered. Also, they do not match competitor coupons. The staff made me feel inferior and inconsequential.
