The food was fantastic! I had a pizza made right in front of me by Gregory. The pizza was great but the best part was watching Gregory work with a smile on his face the entire time. He told me he loves to cook and loves working at Sapori. It absolutely shows the way he interacts with customers and the way he makes his food. The bread we ate before our meal was incredible as well. My wife loved her lasagna and my son loved his Penne Alla Vodka. Cannot recommend Sapori enough! We will most certainly be back!

Great little Italian restaurant with the most amazing pesto. I heard their pesto was made by the owner and being a big pesto lover I had to have it. Well worth ordering on your pasta. Can’t wait to come back and take advantage of their wine and food specials.
First time here, went with a friend for her birthday. Granted it was a Friday night at 810, when they close at 9, plenty of time. We were greeted right away and seated, very friendly. Both ordered, they brought out some delicious bread. We ordered a focaccia and our entrée. Focaccia was probably the best thing ordered. This has become our favorite local restaurant since moving to Fountain Hills. Maria and Gasper are such truly genuine and kind people. My partner and I originate from New York and New Jersey, so it's nice to finally have a local restaurant with authentic Italian cuisine. The food is spectacular and we highly recommend dining here. Chan is also an amazing bartender/service professional. Best place for service, food quality, and ambiance!
