Writing a review about my experience at a dental office, especially a positive one, is something that would never have crossed my mind. That is until yesterday when I had my first appointment at Sapon and Swisher. I've had excellent dentists in the past, but never before has the experience been so pleasant. So Kylie was amazing and polite with her explanations. Dr Sapon didn’t sugarcoat my issues and how to address them. So glad I made the switch.
In on time -- great people -- outstanding care and experience.
It was a painless job and done fairly quickly. It was a repair on my right incisor and I can't see the fix at all in the mirror.
My first experience as a patient at this practice was excellent! Everyone from the receptionist to the young woman who checked me out after my appointment was courteous and very pleasant Dr.Brandt is gentle and thorough. She answered all my questions and explained what the treatment plan would be clearly and completely. She wanted to obtain the clearest picture of my situation possible. At checkout I was fully informed of the estimated costs and conditions applying to my insurance. I was more than pleased with my visit.
My cleaning appointment went very well. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienist was efficient and thorough. All in all as good an experience as could be expected.
Sapon & Swishers staff and physicians provide both excellent profession care and profession advise. Always attentive to my well being throughout the long process of "crown" procedures. Would highly recommend their services to all.
Cindy is subbing for your practice while you are waiting to fill a position. She made me feel welcomed and gave me good advice, and she answerd my questions.
The staff Is wonderful. Check-in was seamless and they were right on time with my appointment. For a busy Dental practice they have entire process streamlined for a very pleasant visit. Dr. Sapon is top notch! I highly recommend Sapon & Swisher Dental.
