I always have a pleasant experience when at your office for dental care.
I know it sounds quite odd to say that a dental visit is amazing, but it always is. :-) I know that I’m being taken care of and getting the best treatment and care possible. They are a great team and I know they will be on my side, always!
I had a dental "emergency" (broken crown), and these folks were there for me. Unlike most practices who advertise that they provide services for urgent/ emergency cases, I didn't get the "We don't work Fridays" or "We close at 4" or "We can see you sometime next week" shtick. These folks scheduled me for the next day (Friday)! I was made welcome and felt like I was in very capable and caring hands. I'm glad such dentists still exist. Thanks to ALL!!!
On time. Natalie, was excellent in the preliminary exam, and provided excellent feedback as in regard to preventive measures I should be looking at as the exam continued. Dr Brandt, as usual was spot on and concurred with the overall condition of my teeth, including the reason for an implant on my lower right jaw.
