Dawn was gentle as always, she asked about my previous dental work and explained about the concern with my crown. She took an x-ray it looked fine so she left a message for Dr. Sapon and he contacted me first thing the next morning about some options that we are going to explore by my next appointment in June The entire staff is very attentive
I was looking for someone to see me with a minor dental emergency when my regular dentist couldn't see me. I was very pleasantly surprised to be offered a same day appointment! As it turns out, I was impressed with Dr. Swisher and his assistant's caring attitude, and ability to quickly assess my situation, and explain the recommended long term resolution. Thoughtful, skilled, courteous care Everyone, from the front desk to the sign-out desk, was efficient, knowledgeable, and caring. From the dentist: good questions, great listening and helpful plan, taking into account the condition of my teeth as well as my insurance coverage and prognosis. Couldn’t ask for more.
