New to Charlottesville, it was our first visit to a new dentist, Dr. Sapon, in 35 years. It met all expectations and was better in one respect - they accepted and filed our insurance claims. They were friendly, professional, clean and practiced protocols for safety. Dr. Sapon and my hygienist offered clear explanations of their work and recommendations.
hygienist was excellent in product knowledge, personal concerns and gave over hall example of professionalism in a professional environment. Oh yeah, also doc presented honorable presentation as well🦷. Thank you!

Personable. Hygienist was professional and efficient while courteous and friendly. Dr. Swisher was concerned and caring. He also seemed excited about new facility when questioned about scheduled opening.
Another stellar performance by the Dynamic Duo of the insightful Dr Brandt and vivacious Olivia! Once again they made me feel like a member of the family and a warm blanket to make me comfortable. They are professional, personal, engaging and kind as are the staff throughout the positive experience. And a call out kudos to Kylie for being awesome as well.
Staff did everything possible to make me feel safe and they are taking all possible precautions
