I lost a crown, called, and Dr. Sapon worked me in the next day. Fixed and on my way in less than a half hour!
Absolutely loved Candice (may be spelled incorrectly). She was very personable and made me feel comfortable (I have dentist phobia).
We moved to VA from out of state, & this practice was recommended to us by a neighbor. Dr. Sapon was assigned to me, & there is absolutely not one thing I can say wrong about my 1st visit! Ashlee is now my dental hygienist, & she is superb in every way! I’ve always had problem teeth, so I’m very picky when it comes to dental care. I have been going to Sapon & Swisher for about 2 years now and they are great. The front desk staff are so welcoming, nice and so helpful. I have seen a few different hygienists and all have been just excellent. They are so gentle when working in your mouth and give you such good advice about your oral hygiene. Dr. Swisher is the best. Fantastic service! Betsy is an exceptionally good hygienist, and Dr. Sapon filled in for my regular dentist, Dr. Swisher, whom I believe is on vacation. The whole staff is professional and courteous. I am very happy with all facets of how these good people run the business!
