This was my third visit to Sapon & Swisher, and all of them have been excellent. This was scheduled as a cleaning and the DA, Anna, was an absolute joy — professional, friendly and engaging, Tremendous representative for the practice. I was also unfortunately suffering from parotitis which was immediately diagnosed by Dr McCain, at which point he arranged an Rx and made several calls to get me set-up with the appropriate specialist. Nice environment and professional assistants and dentists.
I had a crown pop off on Sunday night. I initiated an appointment request through the website before the office opened on Monday morning. They called shortly afterward, and I was able to get an appointment Tuesday afternoon. After a little investigation, the crown was reinstalled and I was on my way in less than an hour. Thanks to everyone for working me in so quickly and resolving the issue!
