I had a very concerning experience at Eye Consultants of Atlanta with Dr. Sapna Desai. I went in for a stye removal, which I have had done several times in the past by other doctors, and this was by far the worst experience. Instead of numbing my eyelid directly (as has always been done in the past), Dr. Desai injected numbing medication into the outside of my face multiple times, which was very uncomfortable and didn’t feel right. Clean and Caring medical staff.
Very personable and professional doctor and well run office. Highly recommend.
Everyone that saw me was great. I cannot do eye drops or things in the eye, and it often takes awhile. Instead of getting frustrated, she joked around and made it a better experience. Dr. Desai was thorough and I felt like I was in good hands when I left. Will definitely be my doctor moving forward.
