Dr. Sapienza's level of professionalism is by far one of the best I have experienced. From the moment I arrived at the Center, he and his staff explained everything I needed to know clearly. His kind words calmed my nerves, and helped me prepare for my procedure, which went very well. I highly recommended Dr. Sapienza and his awesome staff.
This was my first time getting a colonoscopy procedure. I was very anxious not knowing what to expect. To my surprised I was so moved by how nice everybody was in this office. I had to under go two different procedures. From check in to discharge everyone is most professional. They made me feel as if I was the only person in the center. Dr. Sapienza is the most professional, kind and intelligent doctor. He really cares about you and explains everything. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.
Dr. Sapienza has a wonderful bedside manner. He is thorough and extremely competent in his field. The doctor gives a feeling of calmness and compassion when discussing medical matters. He explains medical procedures and plans of treatment logically and in a way that the patient understands his thoughts. I feel confident and secure having Dr. Sapienza as my gastroenterologist. His plan for treatment is clearly conveyed to his patients. He is an excellent doctor!
Totally pleased! Very thoughtful and thorough. Generally quite skeptical about doctors and left feeling I found the right doctor.
