RecommendedMy daughters engine blew up and they helped us out tremendously, Brandon, Nick and Joe went above and beyond to help us. We went to find a car and Brandon was so patient as my daughter had to test drive about half the cars on the lot trying to decide on one. Brandon was amazing so much so that my husband and I came home with new car also! I have never experienced such wonderful customer service.

Most amazing service!!! I have taken our truck to sapaugh a couple times Rachel in service always takes great care of me!!! Quick, easy, and extremely nice!!! Very helpful, i cannot day enough nice things about them!!! If you haven’t been to sapaugh you have to give them a shot!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Spent two hours working out deal. Sold the vehicle to someone who came in after us. Had the balls to come in and say “we got it approved, but we sold it”. Another salesman offered to make us a side deal on our trade in as we were leaving. No apologies nothing. Super unprofessional!

I've been in and out of many service departments in my life, but Sapaugh ALWAYS provides me with an excellent experience. Scheduling is quick and easy, and everyone I have encountered is very nice. I recently came in for service and had the pleasure of working with Nick Ellison. I was impressed with how professional and personable he was. My experience will definitely make me a repeat customer.
We had a issue with our sun roof when we purchased our vehicle. Everyone went a above and beyond to make sure it was fixed and we were taken care of. We had great service when we purchased all the way through making sure our issue was fixed.
