Horrible, cares only about money. Poor communication and lack of detail. No follow through. And hopefully you are not on any medications where you may experience withdrawal symptoms...she does not care and will take forever to prescribe you a refill. And of course, you will be charged an additional $50, or $100 fee based on the medication you need refilled outside of your health care insurance will cover.

Terrible experience. Almost always 60 or more minutes behind schedule. Dodged me for a week on a depression medication refill and made me slump into a terrible depression. I finally had to get the refill from my primary care doc. Front office staff at Naperville location (just one girl) is super snotty and unaccomidating. Doctor is actually nice. Practice is terrible though.
After experiencing serious side effects from meds she prescribed (sleep walking outside in the middle of the night, akisthisia, memory problems, etc.) I made and kept an appointment. When I got there they said I couldn't see her because they said I owed $45 on my bill that I did not know about. My co-payment was $20. I had $50, which I offered and said I would send the rest the next day. They refused. Over $15. I have not been able to get a call back. It has been more than a week. Found new doc.
