We went for a Father's Day brush today and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My daughter and husband really enjoyed the SAP Salad and the breakfast potatoes were flavored to make them truly deliciously different from the run of the mill breakfast potatoes. My brioche french toast was delicious with the caramelized fruit topping. SAP is another Defranza family success.
Talented crew front of house and back. Very mindful menu sourcing locally, which to me is so important. Beautiful flavor combinations elevating your traditional ideas of 'brunch'. Great for foodies, vegetarians, and gluten restricted eaters. Overall inspiring dining experience, bravo!
I'm beyond exited to have a place like this in the valley, amazing food created by chef's, and not the typical fare. My dad & I were both so impressed & will be back soon! Great job SAP!!!

After lots of wavering, I finally settled on shrimp and grits for my first SAP breakfast. I loved every bite of my meal, but I'm pretty sure I could not have made a poor decision. I will definitely be back!
