This is my 7th attempt to receive care from this establishment across 3 months. I have received care 1 out of those 7 times. I even brought a list of the care that I needed and was told that it couldn't be done. I was also told that I can't receive care for symptomatic COVID unless I come in person. As a virologist: This is infuriating. I am changing PCPs.
This was definitely by far the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor! I was belittled from the time I walked in the door. Accused of smelling like alcohol... (which I don't even drink at all EVER) Then I was seen for literally 5 minutes by the "doctor". He wrote me a prescription for tramadol.... Which was dated for the 26th and the day I went was the 27th. I think he was drinking! I will be filling a grievance against this doctor. I have never been so humiliated by a doctor before!
