My experience with Dr. Santos was unsatisfactory. I came in for a wellness visit and to check my blood work around 2 pm. He informed me that his phlebotomist left for the day, I can either come back to the office or go to a lab. I specifically called and inquired whether blood work services would be available before making my appointment.
