Not recommended by me. Santos inspection did not do a thorough inspection on the home I purchased. Did not mention in the report things discussed with me prior to receiving inspection report. Majority of report discriptions were vague showing AS (appears serviceable) or not accessible when in reality easily assessable but to lazy to inspect fully. Definitely do not recommend Santos Inspection; Derrick Santos. Inspection report does not even provide address!
