Chris from Santos garage helped my grandma out of a tricky situation. She called AAA in a spot next to the highway when her car was acting up and AAA dispatched Santos. They helped her and were so professional and nice with her Buick le sabre she needed to call her family and tell us about her tow home. She was married to a mechanic for 60 years who owned a three gas stations and always knew what a shop mechanic or tow truck driver was like back in the 50s. Great job by Chris Davis at Santos Garage. Our F350 diesel truck blew its alternator and konked out in Hopkinton, leaving us stranded about 45 minutes from home. We called AAA and within 30 minutes Chris was onsite loading up our truck for a tow. Because Chris got it to our mechanic so quickly, he was able to fix it within hours and we are back on the road! Thank you Chris for your help and expertise, much appreciated!!!
Yesterday February 27, 2018 I was visiting a friend in Franklin Ma and when I was getting ready to travel home I discovered I had a flat tire. I phoned AAA for road side service and not 10 minutes later a Santos Garage Truck driven by Chris Davis was backing up along side my car to help me with the flat tire. This evening I got off the Commuter Rail at Forge Park to discover my lights had been left on all day and my battery was dead as a door nail. Called AAA and within 15 minutes Jake Schonbers had my hood open and gave me the jump I needed to get home in time for dinner. Jake was totally professional ,eager to please, and very friendly. I was very impressed with his attitude. He's a great representative for this company and his bosses should be proud to have him in their employ! I would recommend Santos Garage to anyone
