I booked my wedding with Santoro's and it was the most frustrating experience. I left copies of the desired look on the contract date which they agreed to. They later changed the design and upcharge me close to the wedding while being extremely rude every step of the way. We booked centerpieces, tables, servers, dinner, fruit/dessert table, cake, decor, photography (sign in book & wedding day), pre-wedding video, filming of the wedding and 2 large flower arches.
