HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!! They talk a great customer service game but fail to deliver the service. They had our car, mind you not the greatest car in the world, but it works well as daily transportation to and fro work. I told them what I thought the problem was as well as the symptoms. They asked me to authorize time for them to investigate the vehicle, and I did. I authorized $200 bucks with the understanding that it may possibly be less.
