I was very impressed with Dr. Santoriello, discussing female problems with a stranger is always difficult, however she immediately made me feel very comfortable. I would and have recommended her to several of my friends and co-workers.

I am pleased with my Healthcare here. They are friendly, knowledgeable & explain things well, which is important to me. Even being a New patient, they fit me into the schedule. Other Dr's. said they were taking new patients in December ( its currently Oct ). This is a Group of caring professionals & it shows.

Dr. Kathy Santoriello is the most professional expert in gynecology you could wish for. She has the highest standard of professionalism coupled with a caring heart and provides continual creative solutions for life threatening health issues. She and her staff are warm and welcoming in every respect. I look forward to the expansion of her services that will address intimate body image concerns. She deserves a ten-star rating on a five-star scale. I cannot recommend concerns her highly enough.

This office is horrible and they don't care about patients. I had a scheduled procedure and the Dr. had an and I was on the pre-op table with an IV started when Surgical Center came in to say that she had to cancel the procedure that day BUT when my father was rushed to the ER via ambulance and I had to reschedule my appt. they still charged me the $25 cancellation fee. I paid my bill and it sat in their system and not applied to my account and they left it there as an open credit.

This is the worst gyno I've ever had. Kathy does not care about the patients at all. The staff there is not much better. I've left multiple voicemails spread out over weeks and never got a response. My last appointment I voiced a concern with one of the staff (the same thing I had called multiple times about) and never even saw Kathy. Instead they made an appointment for me to come back and talk to her for almost 3 weeks later. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!
