Best ever gynecological experience.
Dr Santoriello has been my gynecologist for several years. She listens to me and my concerns. She makes informed decisions on my care. She has never rushes and she never pushes products or treatments. She is an excellent Dr.
This is more about vaginal rejuvenation and other services than good medical care. And the doctor is abrasive. One appointment. Never again.
Money hungry, pushes products, and she doesn't listen. I have found another doctor.
I went in to check out this practice. I was turned off by what I saw and heard at the front desk, selling vitamins and beauty treatments, charging cancel fees, and more. I decided to go with another doctor.
What else can I say? Instead of welcoming me, a how are you, a smile, she's cold and rude. No wonder my blood pressure was high; she made this more stressful. I am considering another doctor.
Why do you need to come back four weeks after a yearly checkup to discuss a pap smear and a mammogram result if both are normal? Perhaps to increase revenue? I was new to this dr. and I'd always received a call from past doctors if there was a problem, not an automatic "follow up" appointment less than a month later, when everything is OK. Then the push for supplements and expensive "rejuvenation" procedures, not necessary, not covered by insurance. I found another doctor.
This review is a very long time in coming. Front staff nice, NP nice, but the woman who weighed me and took my blood pressure--awful. Going to the gynecologist is never fun, and being made to feel stupid or unwelcome--outrageous. I've switched to another practice.
Dr Santoriello has been my gynecologist for several years. She explains and discusses concerns thoroughly to make informed decisions. She has never made me feel rushed. She is an excellent surgeon.
