Warning!! Do not rent from this place. The management team, landscaping and ANGELA are a huge Joke... they never never never answer phone. Kirk the office management always is either in a meeting or out of town. Kalia leasing agent is too young and knows nothing, Alfred must be related to Kalia because he's just as unprofessional. New management company is board line a slum lord. The leasing office is unprofessional/ghetto. They will hang up on you, assuming they even answer the phone. It's impossible to get help from them and/or HQ. When you do reach someone, they will give you the runaround, and nothing ever gets fixed. In a nutshell, the property is ghetto as hell. No onsite security, no security cameras. Their solution to that is to call the "police" (for minor stuff) Pipes, windows, and electrical are from the 1940's, building hallways are dirty.... read more
I worked at both these properties for about 4 years. It was a very challenging neighborhood. I left working with all the guys. I love training the stupid people that came in to work in the office. Most of all I miss my golf cart super bad. But now I work at the beach so I'm happy. I thought the neighborhood was beautiful.
