My wife and I bought a house from Santo and Rinaldo Policicchio. The house had been rehabbed by Santo Construction and managed as a rental by Rinaldo Property Management. After the walk-thru, employees of the sellers' businesses returned to the property and removed the appliances, which, by contract, were sold to my wife and me with the house.
