I had a dental prophylaxis at this clinic because it was recommended by my aunt, and I booked an appointment with Dr. Joy. Before the procedure started, I informed the dentist that I have sensitive teeth and asked them to be gentle. However, during the cleaning, even when I made sounds or raised my hand to indicate that it was becoming painful, the dentist did not stop or check on me. Very accommodating and amazing Dr's and Staff.
Dr. Chau is so lovely, I would highly recommend coming to her! She makes me feel at ease and is very sweet. She also does a very thorough job cleaning my teeth, she takes her time and is very gentle. She makes going to the dentist a very pleasant and comfortable experience!
