Typically, I leave positive reviews, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience here. The hand car wash was expensive and did not reflect the quality of service we received. The staff lacked attention to detail, and overall the job did not feel worth the price paid. Most importantly, the staff broke our cup holder during the wash and did not mention it to us.
