From start to finish Dr. Santiago & his staff were professional & friendly.From the front desk, to the procedure room, the whole experience was top notch.Everyone there made an uncomfortable visit, a good one
I was a patient for several years. For awhile they accepted my patient responsibility amount since the practice was out of network. Without any notice, they decided to change course. With no notification they wanted full payment. There is no billing person responsible for taking calls. It is whoever answers the call. Because I questioned my bill, I was dropped from the practice. Amazing in all ways. My very first appointment with Dr. Santiago’s office was an early emergency. My old root canal got infected 2 weeks before my initial consultation was scheduled. There were no openings for procedures, so Dr. Santiago and assistant Debbie took care of me after the other patients left. They were so kind, caring, professional and patient with me. Wonderful.
Dr Santiago performed a tooth extraction and implant. He is obviously an expert in this area. He explained all that would be done thoroughly and was very patient, thoughtful and took his time in answering questions to my satisfaction. I have a very small mouth opening, so it was challenging work. He did the procedures efficiently, expertly, calmly and pain free. Today was my initial visit with Dr Santiago and I was very happy with the way it went. Dr Santiago was very caring, understanding and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I understood what he thought I should do and why. I am one of those people who has a great fear of the dentist and I did not feel that with him. I will need a few procedures done and I feel very confident that I truly do need them and that I am in very good hands. This was confirmed after I read his reviews.
Dr Santiago is remarkably beyond anything I've previously experienced (over the years, I've had gum surgeries a few times; not in FL). Not only excellent in technique & professionalism, but the care & kindness extended to me and also between members of the staff is exceptional. I've never witnessed such respect and pleasantries between a doctor and staff. Cleanliness rules and they are always on time, which is so respectful of the patient.
From the moment I called the office and scheduled my first appointment I knew I was in the right place. Dr Santiago and his staff are professional, knowledge and very kind! I am so glad I had my gum surgery with him and will recommend them to everyone I know!
Excellent care and follow up. Office team are great. So appreciate having my dentist referring me to Dr. Santiago.
