100 percent excellence
Have been trying to get an appointment for over a month. Been a back and forth fiasco with paperwork and the VA and them. I went in the Authorization in hand and the scheduling lady was still incredibly confused. Finally got the VA to give them a call and Dr. Kellog decided that he didn't want to have me as a patient and declined seeing me. So after months of trying to get an appointment and going back and forth with everyone in the background it just got stepped on. Places like this should not exist.
I can’t seem to shake the last experience that my mom had at this place. My mom who was battling cancer for 20+ years was there to see the Dr. for the very last time at my request because her body had enough at that point. My mom had gone on and on about the nurses and the doctor about how they were so nice and took care of her. I was diagnosed in 2017 with stage 4 metastasized Breast Cancer. The staff has been wonderful. Always comforting and always willing to work with you. I would recommend anyone to see Dr. Kellogg. I am so grateful for the warm welcome and A 1 care and comfort. Katherine L
