I had a very frustrating experience with Sante Builders Reconstruction. They required me to sign a document stating that if I didn’t move forward with hiring them after the estimate, I would owe them money—which already felt unreasonable. Despite that, I proceeded and waited over three weeks for the estimate. During that time, I made multiple calls and left several voicemails, none of which were returned. We had a pipe burst on thanksgiving morning and worked with Sante Builders for the reconstruction of the kitchen, basement spaces, and bathroom. Needless to say, I love the outcome so much. We worked with Willie and his partner, our project manager Shane and Rick. Sante was recommended to us by our insurance company when we sustained a leak from our kitchen sink. Our experience with Sante from start to finish was great. Everyone we met or spoke to was extremely nice and respectful. Willie and his team did a wonderful job with our kitchen rebuild. The work was done quickly and beautifully. We recently had Sante Builders renovate our finished basement which sustained damage due to a pipe leak. Pete, Steve and Jeff were a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to make our basement look great. We are very happy with their work.
