One of the rudest, most obnoxious and condescending Dr’s I’ve had the misfortune of interacting with. She pretends to put on a caring facade, but simply observe how she treats others. She made the grave mistake of assuming I was stupid because I was a single mom & my daughter had Medicaid. She was unaware I was in grad school working towards my doctorate & talked down to me. I’m confident the limited time she spends with patients leads to misdiagnosis or missing critical information. RUN!

Terrible. Rude, defensive, argumentative. Maybe it is CF Pediatric Urgent Care policy but she was extremely abrasive in every way. I would never speak to her again.
Dr. Debbie is an excellent pediatrician. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and relates to my children very well, they love her. She is knowledgeable, proffesional, and compassionate. Yes the staff can be a challenge to deal with at times, but in all fairness in my experience this is an issue at most doctors, dentists, hospitals etc.
It's a shame that's Dr. Debbie's receptionist and front office staff are completely rude, do not value your time, and treat you and your child as just another "person to deal with" instead of a cared for patient. Dr. Debbie is an average at best pediatrician and it's not worth the hassle and poor treatment from her unprofessional staff to even schedule an appointment there or heaven forbid ask a question about your child. There are better pediatricians in the area that value patients.
This review is due to the horrible customer service provided from Krista. I called because I am on a self funded plan, and would like to have a child seen at with your doctor. She did not listen to questions asked and responded very unprofessionally. I asked if she understand my questions and she said no. Immediately after re-confirming my question she said that We meaning your office is not interested seeing a new patient. Wow, how absurd!
