Definitely will come back here next year for Santa pictures. Much more personal experience for my boys then just sitting down and getting a picture.
We love visiting Santa's Clauset. We visit every time we come to the Smokies. The staff is nice and friendly. Santa is wonderful with kids and takes time to talk with them. He is genuinely interested in what they have to say. Thank you!!!
I can't put into words our experience today. Bri is typically a little shy and takes a while to warm up. Santa was so sweet, patient, and perfect with her. She even had to call her grandparents in the parking lot to tell them about her visit. Thank you for keeping the magic of Christmas alive & for taking extra time with children who are a little more reserved. It was so nice to see someone who took the time to make each visit special and personalized. We will be coming back yearly (and we live 6 hours away).

A visit to Gatlinburg is a must for us to see Santa since 2009. Our daughter was 2 the first time she saw Santa when you all where at the old place. He took his time with her because she was very shy. It was the first time she had wanted to talk to Santa! She now thinks he lives in Tennessee during the year then goes to the North Pole after Thanksgiving. We would never tell her any different!
Great cheese balls. ! We had lucious wild raspberry cheese ball mix.great fall snack. Was Deelicious !!
Santa is rude to his employees! Very disappointed in our first visit here! It's a beautiful place to visit but the way he just talked to one of his employees makes us not want to come back ever again!!
