Love love love this store. Always get an ornament and dips cheese balls and soups. This past visit they really took care of us by ordering a case of grape nehi for my son
I always make sure to stop at any Christmas store when traveling - Santa's Claus-et is the best!!! It is packed with wonderful items of all price ranges. The staff are exceptionally helpful. It just makes you feel good to be there! And as a bonus, Santa was wondering through the store today!
Everytime I visit here it puts me in a better mood. My little one enjoys her visits with Santa and loves her personalized ornament from the big man. Can't say enough about a place that you always look forward to visiting and feel better when you leave.
This is our favorite store! The real Santa lives here!!!

Everyone we visit it seems like there is always new stuff that is absolutely beautiful for the holidays. And of course the opportunity to visit with Santa, young or old!
Such a sweet moment. Chatting with Santa. Got tears in my eyes. He was so genuine. He gave the girls a personalized ornament and a candy cane. The lady that welcomed me into her store was so nice...felt at home.
Absolutely adored this place! Would recommend it to anyone who enjoys the ambiance of the holidays & not just the commercialism that the holiday has become. We went to several holiday stores in Pigeon Forge with much bigger inventories but none was as special as this place. If I didn't live in Kansas, I would stop here regularly. As it is, I will attempt to shop online to this great place. Besides, it was great to see Santa living it up!
