We had a major stem to stern main floor and kitchen remodel in 2020. Santanni did a great job keeping us updated on schedule and cost and delivered superb quality work. His team of subs was truly a 'team' working closely and efficiently with each other. created great synergy. we are thrilled with the finished product. We have had Santanni Custom Homes complete several projects for us. Scott, Jody and the incredible team remodeled our kitchen and main floor. A few years later we had them complete a backyard renovation. They also completed an ADA bathroom/laundry room update for my parents. We appreciate Scott’s hands on approach, often on site working with the crew. They listen to your ideas/thoughts, give you suggestions and make you part of the collaboration. We recently had Santanni Custom Homes do a project in our home. What started with a water leak that damaged floors and a lower level ceiling - in a true "If you Give a Mouse a Cookie" fashion - became a larger remodel. The team worked with us through design and scope - a kitchen remodel, new flooring throughout, and converting a 3 season porch to a year round sun room.
