We have had Santanni Custom Homes complete several projects for us. Scott, Jody and the incredible team remodeled our kitchen and main floor. A few years later we had them complete a backyard renovation. They also completed an ADA bathroom/laundry room update for my parents. We recently had Santanni Custom Homes do a project in our home. What started with a water leak that damaged floors and a lower level ceiling - in a true "If you Give a Mouse a Cookie" fashion - became a larger remodel. The team worked with us through design and scope - a kitchen remodel, new flooring throughout, and converting a 3 season porch to a year round sun room. Exceptional quality remodel of our home! We had wood floors put in on our upper level and a complete remodel of our kitchen and our three season porch was converted into four season! Scott and his guys were great to work with and everyday interactions made the whole process fun! Definitely recommend them for your home project! Might have to get them to come back and remodel our upstairs bathrooms!!
