Charged me 3.5 cents per khw for 6 months. Which is good, but then without telling me my new rate, jacked it up to over 11 cents per khw. Plus added a $10 monthly fee they did not warn me about. NEVER go with Santana, a company consumed by greed.
Santanna cares about me and I appreciate that.
Please do not use this company! Its a scam. They actually target people by going door-to-door and through telemarketing (a good chunk of their business). And they seek out a demographic that is less likely to be informed on the electric/gas industry (similar to predator lending tactics in 2007-2008). Please inform elderly loved ones and those in the community who do not have access to resources to learn about this unscrupulous company. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Shame on them!
