This Morning I was having Problems Getting into My Santander Consumer Account.I had tried several times to No Avail. About an Hour ago I was able to finally get a hold of Customer Service. Christie was very Professional, Friendly, and was able to Help with the Problem Quickly. We had to Delete my Old Account and Start Fresh.Everything Now Works Perfectly. Thank You Christie. Appreciate You.
After a few attempts, I finally was able to get an actual person on the phone..an it was a very good experience..the associate was patient and made sure I understood all of the aspects of the site.. walked me through all of my options and made sure I chose the right one for my needs..thank you Santander!!
