Sucks can’t create an account
Not too happy was supposed to be notified or alerted when payment is due and I haven’t received anything and also I setup my account last month and saved the information to my favorites on my phone thinking ok would be easy to access for this month well I was wrong now it acts as if I don’t have an account which I do and I’m pretty sure I’m going to be late now for this inconvenience .. which is something that I don’t want .. Thank you for your patience. Sadly your web site failed but I got enough information to set up bill pay through my banking institution. All the people I interacted with were kind and courteous.
This whole experience I’ve had with them has been horrible. I don’t understand why the website says the hours they are opened but when I call they’re closed. You all really need to fix this because it’s a huge send off and I don’t appreciate it at all.
The assistant gave me her name but I didn't write it down. I called in this evening and was delighted at the service I received. She was delightful, so pleasant and patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. I got hung up while entering info to have online access and she had it taken care of in no time, asked to stay with me until I logged on and made sure all was well. Where is bank ever they take two payments out and I don’t know the difference they charge a very high interest, poor customer service. They don’t know what they’re doing. They should not be in business.
I spoke with Yolanda at customer service and she helped me set up my account online. She was very patient with my problems filling out the forms. I kept making mistakes and having to retype my answers. I am very grateful and satisfied with her help. Thank you. Morris Wood
They can never take they money on time out you’re account if the bill is so on the 11th it needs to come out on the 11th not the 12th not the 13th
