Don't use Santander bank. They're awful, totally incompetent! This applies to all Santander staff not this one location. If you need to talk with customer service, every day they are experiencing higher than usual call volume and apologize for the inconvenience. How about staffing properly with appropriately trained employees. Was on hold for over an hour then immediately got hung up on without even getting to say hello. Closing all my accounts today if they ever pick up!
El peor banco que puede existir. Tome un préstamo con ellos, y ya hace más de 2 meses que salde la cuenta y aun no se refleja que la ge saldado y mi crédito me lo han dañado. No coger ningun préstamo con este banco pk te daña el crédito y los los intereses son horribles de alto. Pésimo servicio.
