I really enjoyed the calm and quiet atmosphere here. It may get a bit noisy during game days though, but that doesn’t happen very often and only during the day anyway, so I’d always get good sleep at night. And the proximity to OSU is also a great advantage for me. The staff and maintenance team were helpful as well, on point and not intruding. I have loved living here! For the rates Corvallis housing goes I think it’s reasonable pricing to be living alone in a spacious studio. Had brand new looking floors and carpet, has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, heat… all things I didn’t have in my last apartment! It seems like it’s mainly people living alone and so there’s never noise from neighbors and is a nice and quiet community. Only noise you’ll hear is from Reser stadium in football season!
The location is very close to Oregon State University which is perfect for a student like me. The staff are very nice and understand. The price for rent is reasonable. Overall it is very nice.
Always clean looking, maintenance is always on top of things! If I don’t have to move for work I wouldn’t. Truly some of the best apartments in the Corvallis area I’ve stayed in!
