I loved it here until I moved out. I cleaned out my apartment upon move out and was a good tenant while living there. They are now trying to collect $1700 for "damages." When I called to talk someone about the charges, they incorrectly told me that I did not owe anything on two separate instances. When I finally found out there were charges, nobody at the complex would answer my phone calls or emails. I have now read multiple reviews of others saying the same things happened to them. This an great home! The people here are so caring. I love love love my apartment! Just perfect! People are friendly, the environment is awesome! You surely won't regret living here!
Santana Court, Apartments are very nice. I took a tour. I am looking at the property flat possibly lease a unit I met with Amy the manager. She is very helpful and knowledgeable at her property. I do recommend if you are looking for a place. The studio is large. I was surprised by its size today, The location is extremely close to Oregon State University.
I really enjoyed the calm and quiet atmosphere here. It may get a bit noisy during game days though, but that doesn’t happen very often and only during the day anyway, so I’d always get good sleep at night. And the proximity to OSU is also a great advantage for me. The staff and maintenance team were helpful as well, on point and not intruding. I have loved living here! For the rates Corvallis housing goes I think it’s reasonable pricing to be living alone in a spacious studio. Had brand new looking floors and carpet, has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, heat… all things I didn’t have in my last apartment! It seems like it’s mainly people living alone and so there’s never noise from neighbors and is a nice and quiet community. Only noise you’ll hear is from Reser stadium in football season!
