I was intrigued by " fear free" and my cat was pretty relaxed!
Our rescue puppy was nervous about being in the Vet’s office, but Daniel was kind and took a moment before giving her, her booster vaccine. He was helpful in answering our questions. The rest of the staff was very nice too.
Santaluz Animal Care is the BEST! Dr Johnson, Dr Sue, Dr Gabby and Dr Isa are caring, very knowledgeable and overall amazing. I also love the entire support staff- they too are super knowledgeable and take wonderful care of my pets. I have had dogs my entire life and Santaluz is the best hospital I have ever been too. Highly recommend.
I got my cats teeth cleaned here and they did a great job, they said the teeth were great they just had a little bit of plaque. He was 6 years old. They have a dedicated cat room and everyone was very pleasant. Before the procedure, when they were getting everything ready for him, I was able to take him outside for a walk until they were ready to bring him right back to the room. This was the least stressful appointment for both me and my cat.
I highly recommend this veterinarian for anyone who has fur babies. As I mention before, it makes a huge difference here for the moment you walk in. No scary metal table as it was at the old vet. The staff all ...What an Amazing, Caring, informative staff. Dr. Johnson wowoowowow.... Both of my frenchies just adored her. We also love Gabby and all the girls at this location. My little Frenchie has severe allergies and once again we come back for tests and medication.
