Be aware! You need to pay for the first orthodontist consultation in Santa Teresa Dental Center. I asked them by phone and got an answer that the consultation is free. I got $65 claim statement. By the way, others orthodontists don't take money for the first consultation.

I WAS impressed with the practice. I received a bill after a visit. Had to call my insurance and ask why they had not paid. I was told the cleaning was done three weeks too early. I was told by the office manager that is was my responsibility to make sure appointments were made in the right time frame. What? Seriously? NEVER have I had a dentist do this. They lost three patients after that!!

I was extremely impressed by the time, and the attention that Dr. Sudeep took in answering my questions and in making me feel comfortable in her office. I've been to a few dentists in the past few decades and it wasn't until I visited Dr. Sudeep that a question that I've had on my mind for a while about receding gums finally got answered, to my satisfaction. The DDS that founded this practice was very detail oriented. He has since retired and Ms. Lakshmy now has the practice. She seems to be overwelmed and HER profesional customer service has gone out the window. I hope that she can get it back and work towards the standards that the previous DDS has set. Best of luck to her and her staff.
