Had a great experience at my appointment. Dr. Rice did a great job of talking me through my options and helping me understand what's going on. I felt very comfortable with him and it was only my first time.

I recently posted a review of my not-so-great experiences with Santa Rosa Dental. Although I posted anonymously, a day after my post I received a call from the office administrator who said that based on the description of the office visit, they suspected that I was the poster. Audrey said that she and Dr. Rice discussed my feedback and agreed that what happened to me shouldn't have happened. Dr. Michael Rice was very thorough and helpful in explaining to my wife and me both the condition of our teeth and what needs to be done. We are following up with his referral for my wife and will be back next week to have our teeth cleaned. We were both impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of his field.

I found the office efficient and friendly. They were struggling with a new computer system but remained positive and upbeat through all the difficulty. Dr. Campbell quickly diagnosed my problem and started me on a program to correct it.

Made an appointment on short notice for a tooth that chipped off exposing root. Dr M Rice provided excellent communication and care, in spite of me being one jumpy bag of nerves in the chair.He was awesome!
