I very much enjoyed the lady that cleaned my teeth. It think her name was Karen. Friendly, thorough, and very calming which is important to me. She understood my being nervous while having me teeth cleaned. I liked her a lot and will be sure to ask for her in the future.

My visit was limited to a scheduled cleaning. This event was far more pleasant than expected - friendly staff, gentle cleaning technique and careful consideration of my personal comfort. Deserves an "excellent" rating in all categories.

Since this was only the second time visiting Dr. Rice's office, it is hard to give a valid rating. With that said, I believe that the services performed met my needs. Everyone is professional, caring and courteous.My only issue is the fees charged. I wish that they could be lower. You are serving folks, that for the most part, are on a fixed income (me) and, most likely (me) do not have dental insurance. I do realize that dental and medical costs are expensive, and I do appreciate the 5% discount; still very expensive.
